SHIVASHISH FOUNDATION

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules governing donations, program fees (if any), and transactions made in the name of SHIVASHISH FOUNDATION. The Foundation is committed to transparency and accountability.

2. Donations

All donations made to SHIVASHISH FOUNDATION are treated as voluntary contributions for social welfare purposes.

• Donations are generally non-refundable
• Donations once processed cannot be cancelled
• Donation receipts are issued for record and compliance purposes

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
• Transaction failure where amount is debited but not received by the Foundation

Any such request must be made in writing with valid proof within a reasonable time. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of the Foundation.

4. Cancellation of Programs or Events

• The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program or event
• In case of cancellation by the Foundation, any applicable fee may be adjusted or refunded
• No refund shall be applicable for cancellations initiated by participants unless approved

5. Unauthorized Use of Name & Payments

SHIVASHISH FOUNDATION is not responsible for any payments, donations, or transactions made to unauthorized individuals, fake accounts, or third parties misusing the Foundation’s name.

• Refunds will not be provided for payments made to unauthorized sources
• Users are advised to donate only through official and verified channels

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to banking and technical procedures.

7. Changes to This Policy

Shivashish Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

9. Acceptance

By donating to or making any payment in the name of SHIVASHISH FOUNDATION, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
